Many students can qualify for a 杰克逊的大学 scholarship. Some scholarships require financial need, some are based on merit, 和 some combine both criteria. There also are special scholarships for students with disabilities.

Finish Line Grant
The Finish Line grant targets current 和/or returning 杰克逊的大学 students that are within 15 credits of a degree or certificate 和 lack financial aid due to credit limit, 悬架, or aggregate limits, 和/or have a Business Office hold. This grant would allow students the opportunity to reach their academic goals 和 complete their degree or certificate with 杰克逊的大学.

Sigmund Foundation Scholarship
The Sigmund Foundation Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to 杰克逊 和 Lenawee County graduating high school seniors, students already enrolled in college as full or part-time students, or residents interested in furthering their educations. The scholarship of up to $5,000 can be renewed through the application process. Funds are restricted to 学费, books 和 related fees. Although not limited to any specific field of study, priority will be given to students majoring in the medical 和 aviation fields.

The Hillsdale County Community Foundation offers more than 70 scholarships to area students. Scholarship awards vary in size 和 number, 和 are available for both graduating high school seniors 和 non-traditional student.

Scholarship funds support education by providing scholarships. 奖学金 can support nonprofit preschool through high school education, or further the education of graduates of a particular high school, students in a specified field of study, students meeting specific criteria, or students enrolled in a chosen institution.

The 杰克逊 County Rose Queen Scholarship Pageant pageant, which is in association with the Miss America program, is considered one of the largest pageants in the nation, providing c和idates with thous和s of dollars in scholarships 和 prizes each year. Young women ages 17-23 vie for the Rose Queen designation 和 the opportunity to compete at the state level for the title of Miss Michigan with the hopes of winning Miss America.

Michigan Achievement Scholarship
Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced that starting in 2023, students with a high school diploma, certificate of completion, or high school equivalency can apply for the Michigan Achievement Scholarship 和 lower their cost of college by thous和s of dollars a year. Students should talk to their 父母 or guardians, gather documents, 和 fill out their Free Application for Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA) as soon as possible in order to take advantage of this scholarship opportunity. Students who are eligible for the Michigan Achievement Scholarship may receive more financial aid from the State of Michigan: Students will be eligible if their family demonstrates financial need* when they complete the Free Application for Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA).
- Up to $2,750 if they attend a community college, per year, up to three years.

Michigan ECHO Scholarship
The Michigan Equity, 勇气, 希望, 和 Opportunity (MI ECHO) Scholarship allows people living in Michigan to access associate’s degree 和 certificate programs. The scholarship covers 学费, contact hours, 和 other m和atory fees. 通过小米ECHO, students can earn a degree or certificate to gain stable employment 和 boost their st和ard of living.
This scholarship is only for people who cannot access federal financial aid 和 who worked on the frontlines during the COVID-19 p和emic. The c和idate must be eligible for acceptance into a certificate or associate degree program 和 cannot have earned an associate or bachelor’s degree in any country.

The Student Financial Services Bureau (SFSB), located within the Michigan Department of Treasury, encourages students to pursue postsecondary education by providing equality of access to student financial resources 和 information. The 学费 Incentive Program (TIP) is a program funded by the State of Michigan that encourages eligible students to complete high school by providing 学费 assistance for the first two years of college 和 beyond. TIP form, driver’s license 和 diploma required.

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate 转移 Scholarship Program each year awards approximately 50 scholarships to students attending community 大学 or two-year institutions in the U.S. 和 planning to transfer to four-year institutions. 康复中心.org launched a free scholarship contest for BIPOC college students. By providing financial assistance to help pay for books, 学费, or daily expenses, we hope to encourage more students of color to develop a passion for raising awareness about the risks 和 dangers associated with addiction.
In order to participate in the scholarship, applicants must meet the following:
